DEPOSITS & SERVICE ELIGIBILITY Your deposit reserves appointment time and is applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS At least 48 hours’ notice is required to move your appointment and apply your existing deposit toward the rescheduled date. Cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. An additional cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price applies. PREVIOUS BROW WORK — APPROVAL REQUIRED If you have EVER had microblading, microshading, powder/ombré brows, nano brows, or any eyebrow tattoo, you must disclose it—even if it was years ago, appears faded, or was partially removed. Before booking, send clear, recent photos of your bare brows without makeup, filters, or tint. You must receive written approval from EveBrows confirming which service to book. Sending photos alone does not constitute approval. An automated booking confirmation does not constitute approval. If you are unsure whether remaining color is tattoo pigment, henna, or tint, contact us before booking. Do not book until we have reviewed your brows. Our Ombre Shading/Soft Shading/ Combo Brows/Nano Hairstrokes service is reserved for virgin brows with no previous eyebrow tattoo. Clients with previous work must receive written approval and book the appropriate cover-up/correction service. Photo approval is preliminary. Final suitability is determined during the in-person assessment. We may decline treatment if the condition of your brows or skin makes the service unsuitable. DEPOSITS & SERVICE ELIGIBILITY Your deposit reserves appointment time and is applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person. If treatment cannot proceed because you failed to disclose previous brow work, booked without required written approval, selected a service contrary to our instructions, or provided inaccurate information, your deposit will be forfeited. Any future appointment will require approval and a new deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. Last-minute changes (inside 48 hours), cancellations, or no-shows are treated as cancellations and will forfeit the deposit and be charged a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
